Abich Financial Services

Working at Abich Financial has given me insight into the field of finance. They work with those 55+ who are retired or planning to retire shortly, they help plan out how to spread the assets they have accumulated over their retirement years.

I head the internal marketing operations and am also the mediary between them and an outside marketing company. These duties include creating new marketing materials, facilitating a rebrand and website redesign. I also create social media posts for our television appearances.

I am also the event planner and coordinate monthly dinner seminars and planned events such as the client holiday party, quarterly happy hours in our office and a women’s event at a winery. Additionally, I mediate weekly online webinars where I answer questions and schedule appointments. For these events I design email invitations and newsletter announcements.

My administrate role takes the form of greeting guests who visit our office. As well as answering the phones and scheduling appointments. I am also in charge of data entry, such as imputing new leads into our CRM system. I am heading a project to completely revamp our CRM system. Additionally, I manage the office supply inventory.
