Stratus Apartments

Status is a high-rise apartment building located in South Lake Union in Downtown Seattle. Their usual residents are those who work for Amazon, Microsoft or Meta. They specialize in luxury living with 2 floors of amenities and a 24 hour concierge service.

As the morning concierge, I greet residents by name and announce guests as when they arrive. As well as assist residents with amenity reservations, deliveries and questions. I take pride in knowing most of my 500+ residents by name and their unit numbers. I also know most of the pets by name as well, petting all the dogs that come and visit is one of the highlights of my day! I even created a pet of the month program so that we can highlight them in more detail.

Daily I input over 200+ packages and manage both our package rooms and Luxer locker package systems. Each package is labeled and then put away in an organized manner so that they can be found quickly.

Additionally, I create and manage resident events, such as a holiday baking class and pizza & wine nights. As well as, design original weekly elevator flyers. I also assist prospective residents with booking tours and answering their questions.
